US region upgraded to v0.24.7

US region (us.onetimesecret.com) was upgraded to v0.24.7, the fourth and final region in the v0.24 rollout sequence. Roughly a 3-hour maintenance window. By this point the cut-over was well-rehearsed and the build incorporated every fix that had landed across the prior regional deployments.
